After you contact us, we will get in touch with you to answer any questions you might have about our services, warranty, price range, and to schedule a custom in-person evaluation. In-person evaluation
After you choose a date for your custom evaluation, your manager and a technician will arrive at your house. They will be on time, wearing clean uniforms and shoe covers. Our team will carefully listen to your needs, explain the options you have, and let you know their recommendations. The quote with your two best options will be ready in just one day
Understanding the quote
Your manager will walk you through the quote either over the phone or in person. You will only have to make a simple decision between choosing either a proven-line or premium-line system. Regardless of your choice, you will be pleasantly surprised that our prices are $500-$4,000 lower than those of our competitors -- we pass our low overhead savings on to you.
Installation
Installation will be performed by our team of highly skilled and insured technicians. Their work will be 100% supervised by either the manager or head technician. We usually finish the installation ahead of schedule (which typically takes 1 to 3 days), and we'll treat your home like it's our own. No muddy boots or messes left behind. We always clean up, both inside and outside your home!
Future relationship
While we will do our best to teach you to operate the climate control system (which is definitely easier than controlling your TV!), your manager will always be just a phone call away from answering your questions in case you have any. Even after the warranty on labor expires, our technicians will always be ready to tune up the system at a very competitive rate.

How a mini split system works
A typical system consists of one outiside unit mounted either on the ground or a wall, and one or more independent inside units that direct cold and hot air into your house. They are capable of both heating and cooling your house
Installing a split system: What to expect
Prior to installation, our manager and technician will have to visit your house to conduct an evaluation, calculate the quote, and schedule the installation. Installing a mini-split system takes from one to three days depending on the number of rooms in your house and the materials the house is made of.
Tax credits 2022
In order to encourage increased energy efficiency, the IRS includes an instant tax credit (no need to itemize) for heating and cooling upgrades. Simply claim the credit, and get more money come tax season!
